To understand who I am and why I do what I do, let's go back a few years.
On paper, I had the 'perfect' life: a beautiful house, great friends, a loving husband, three amazing boys, and a high-profile career. I was winning at life, right? But despite my outward happiness, I struggled with depression, anxiety, and the constant stress of trying to please everyone.

Then, just before the pandemic, I ended up at death's door….
As isolation took a toll on my own mental health, I also recognized the need in the community for human connection. Determined to make a difference, I launched Caffeina & Co by delivering coffee and treats via a coffee van during lockdowns, aiming to uplift spirits through small, meaningful gestures.
Witnessing the impact of genuine conversations over a cup of coffee, I was even more driven to foster community connection, support mental well-being, and spread joy through connecting people.

Since launching I've been lucky enough to grow a team and work with clients that treasure authenticity, connection, and self-care just as much as me and together, with all your support we've created a sanctuary of laughter, friendship, and genuine connection.
